Description

1. Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. 2. Coordinate day-to-day operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 4. Provide exceptional service responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 6. Coordinate travel arrangements, and events. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or management role. 3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. 4. Efficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint, google sheets / forms and Data Analyzing. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
