Description

Shortlisting of all received resumes in Applicant Tracking System with daily updates. Assist in recruitment process. Handle large volume of resumes daily to administer priority job pipelines. Coordinate with candidates to set up interview times in a timely and organized manner. Maintain employee information in the system (Job bank, Evaluation) Accurately maintain HR records as per system requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Experience in Retail recruitment of 1 year is a must Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to effectively evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Bachelor''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s degree in Human Resources or related field.
