• Develop and implement category strategies to meet business objectives. • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners and corporate clients. • Negotiate terms of trade, pricing agreements, and promotional support with B2B partners. • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the penetration of perfume products in various channels. • Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective measures to improve profitability. • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful execution of category strategies. • Lead the development and execution of VM guidelines to enhance brand image and product visibility in stores • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for store staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in category management, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Knowledge of market research tools. • Age: 30 – 40
